eVoucher including QR code must be presented upon redemption.
Mooncakes are available for pick up from 17 August to 25 September 2026 between 9:00 to 20:30 at Berthold Delikatessen, located on the Lobby Level.
Delivery service is not included. Claims for damaged items (boxes or mooncakes) cannot be made after delivery has been acknowledged.
eVoucher may only be used for a single transaction; the full value must be redeemed at one time. Any unused value will be forfeited.
eVoucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
eVoucher cannot be extended past the validity date.
eVoucher is not combinable with other promotions.
All prices are quoted in Thai Baht, inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
