Terms & Conditions
eGift Vouchers are valid for one year from the purchase date.
eGift Voucher including QR code must be presented upon redemption.
eGift Vouchers may only be used for a single transaction; the full value must be redeemed at one time. Any unused value will be forfeited.
eGift Vouchers may be combined with other forms of payment. Charges in excess of the eGift Voucher’s stored value may be settled with cash or credit cards.
eGift Vouchers are non-refundable, not exchangeable for cash and have no value unless redeemed. Ineligible redemptions include non-publicly available or negotiated rates (including volume, group, contracted, or other rates that have been previously negotiated and agreed in writing whether paid on a group or individual basis), payments for meetings, catering or group functions, and goods/services purchased through or provided by third parties.
Sindhorn Kempinski is not responsible for lost or stolen eGift Vouchers. Following proper reporting of a lost or stolen card, the existing eGift Voucher will be frozen and a replacement card will be issued for that amount.
eGift Vouchers cannot be extended past the validity date.
Sindhorn Kempinski may amend these terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any amendment will be effective immediately.
