Introducing a chef who brought her love for Thai cuisine and the culinary arts beyond her hometown and into some of the best restaurants in Europe, Asia Pacific and even the Royal Hashemite Court of Jordan. Chef Chatsorn is equal parts passion, precision and perseverance.

Before joining Sindhorn Kempinski, where she will take on the mantle of head chef at Flourish, Chef Chatsorn was based in Switzerland where she introduced Alpine diners to tempting Thai delicacies. Chef Chatsorn was dedicated to sourcing authentic ingredients and materials, all to enhance the restaurant’s Thai ambiance and elevate the guests’ dining experience.

She is an expert at composing menus filled with exotic herbs and spices. Whether she’s crafting a dish to awaken the palette or serving up a plate brimming with nostalgic memories, Chef Chatsorn is a master of designing delicious dining journeys for guests all around the world. Chef Chatsorn also enjoys imparting culinary wisdom and specialty techniques through boutique cooking classes. Each of her sessions are tailored to pique the curiosity of each individual diner. She introduces her students to classic recipes and a world of possibilities when it comes to preparing, plating and tasting Thai cuisine.
